Stranger Things season 4 isn’t over yet. Six months after the gang’s confrontation with the Mind Flayer at the height of Season 3, Season 4 takes the characters and spreads them across four locations, including Russia and California. It’s been great so far.
Not only is the cast scattered, but also the season itself. The fourth season of Stranger Things is split into two distinct parts – similar to the final season of Ozark – with the first seven episodes airing on May 27 and May 27the second part of two episodes, each seeming movie-length, set to hit Netflix on July 1.

The lab also experiments with children who seem to have special powers. One of them, named Eleven, escapes and joins Will’s group of friends – Mike, Dustin, and Lucas – and helps save Will.
